This section is only to guide those who are not able to access the post on the fan cafe with regard to the fan support application.
Hello. This is to inform you of the guide to JOYURI fan letters and support. If you do not follow the support delivery schedule without prior contact after adjusting the schedule, you could be restricted from further support delivery.
The notice may be revised from time to time, so please check the notice.

[Schedules when Support Delivery is Possible]
JOYURI's birthday and anniversaries
Official schedule for music shows
Schedules approving Support:
Music Shows, Pre-recording shows, Radio, Concert, Fan Meetings etc.
Schedules NOT approving Support:
Festivals, Local Events, Accommodations/Home, Practice Rooms, Private Schedules etc.
[How to Deliver Support]
Fan Letters and Message Books:
You can send mail at all times without prior application.
Parcel Service:
We will receive the parcel for two weeks before or after the artist's birthday and anniversary without prior application.
Visit Delivery and Quick Service:
Only coordinated support can be delivered after requesting an e-mail in advance for door-to-door delivery and quick service support.
[Support Progress Procedure]
1. Send an e-mail with the correct application form
2. Prepare support only after the person in charge replies to the e-mail with approval for support
3. Co-ordinate schedule and confirm delivery method with the person in charge before delivery (note that all gift support except meal support can only be received by the company).
[How to apply for Support]
1. Email subject form:
Mail Subject: [Support Application] YY.MM.DD (Schedule Name) / Name of applicant or group
2. Mail body form:
- Name of applicant and organization (Webpage if available):
- Contact information of the applicant:
- Desired support date and time (Three Preference Dates should be written):
- Support item and quantity (detailed):

(After you submit the application via email, the person in charge will reply to the email or give you a phone call)

[Precaution for Support Application]
1. Please write the name of the artist receiving the support on the fan letter and support surface.
2. We do not accept home appliances that require home instalment services to the accommodation of the artist.
3. If the items are not listed in the support application email, it won't be delivered to the artist.
4. Support delivery is available from 11 a.m. to 6 a.m. on weekdays except weekends and holidays.
5. All supports are carried out via e-mail application and no support is received through other routes.
6. Support will be returned in case of payment-on-delivery and customs charges.
7. All support applications will be made on a first-come-first-served basis after the schedule is released. You can apply for the music program support from the come back release date. In case of the last music show, two weeks after the release date.
8. Containers used for support cannot be returned, and please refrain from supporting food that easily deteriorates.
9. Please understand that there may be a schedule that cannot be supported due to the broadcasting company and the schedule on site.
10. Please be punctual with the support delivery schedule since it has all been adjusted both internally and externally.
11. We do not accept gift cards o electronic products other than custom made in-ears.
12. All support is accepted only through e-mail. We do not receive support through other channels such as broadcasting stating officials, managers, and relatives, and the company is not responsible for any issues that may arise from these actions.
