Data Deletion
We do not store your data on our own systems. Instead, the Device ID we share with third‑party analytics platforms is retained by those third parties under the following deletion rules:
Inactivity deletion: If you stop using JoySpin: Reel Slots for 90 consecutive days (i.e., you become inactive), the third‑party analytics provider will automatically delete your Device ID and all associated analytics records within 30 days after that 90‑day period ends.
No local storage, only third‑party sharing: We do not maintain any database of user information. All processing is done by our analytics partners, and they are contractually required to implement the 90‑day auto‑deletion policy.
Active deletion request: You may request immediate deletion of your data before the inactivity period. To do so, please contact us. Provide your Device ID (you can find it using third‑party tools or send us a screenshot of the App’s debug screen if available). We will then forward your request to our analytics partners. 90 days after your request, we will send you a follow‑up confirmation email to verify that your data has been completely removed. If you do not respond to that confirmation, we will still proceed with deletion after an additional 30 days.
Please note that because we do not store any data ourselves, the deletion process depends entirely on our third‑party partners. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure compliance.
Age Restriction and Parental Consent
JoySpin: Reel Slots is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly share any Device ID from users under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are strongly advised to use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a Device ID belongs to a user under 18 without proper consent, we will instruct our analytics partners to delete that data immediately.
