Review the 16 exercises of the sutra and identify one that is resonating with you in your life right now. Try holding this lightly in your awareness intermittently throughout the day. You could focus on awareness of your body, impermanence, letting go of a mental formation like fear, or any of the other exercises. Notice how it feels and what you learn by returning to this touchstone through the day.
Spend some time reviewing the Six Paramitas, and think about areas in your life where you are ALREADY practicing each one. Allow yourself to gently contemplate how these practices affect you and create a ripple effect in your life. Consider whether there are ways you can incrementally expand these practices or energies in your day-to-day life.
