I am a graduate from Prescott College’s CMHC program with experience in working with a wide range of individuals, but primarily women and the LGBTQ population of all ages.
I strive to utilize an evidence-based and trauma-informed approach with all of my clients to create a safe environment to grow & heal. I work to integrate an eclectic combination of therapeutic modalities that are catered to each individual client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals. Some of the modalities I utilize include depth psychology, dream work, psychodynamic theory, & skills from ACT, DBT, and CBT. Additionally, I have experience in working with individuals experiencing grief & loss.
It is my greatest honor to empower my clients to achieve their wildest dreams and develop a strong sense of self-love and self-trust.
In my free-time I enjoy trail running, traveling, reading, spending time with my family & friends and playing with my sweet pup Ruby!
