Here’s a selection of work that reflects the range of what I do. From project management to brand storytelling, each piece has been a chance to lead, collaborate, and bring ideas to life.

Project Management – Excelerate

Role: Project Manager, Team Lead
Type: Remote, Global Project Team

Overview:
Led a diverse, cross-functional team through the planning of a global virtual event to promote experiential learning. Managed the full project lifecycle including scope planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and final execution presentation and Strategy.

Key Contributions:

• Created and maintained the project Gantt chart and task tracking system.

• Coordinated weekly team meetings, assigned team responsibilities, delegating and monitoring deliverables.

• Oversaw the development of critical documents: Project Charter, Risk Register, and Final Presentation.

• Facilitated collaboration between team members across 5+ countries and time zones.

• Received peer recognition for leadership, organization, and conflict resolution.

• Created and maintained a collaborative Gantt chart using TeamGantt and Trello.

• Guided team through timeline planning, stakeholder coordination, and remote execution prep.

Outcome:
Delivered a full project plan and recorded final presentation to the Excelerate Team. Strengthened real-world experience in agile planning, remote collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

Role: Website Developer and Product Development Associate

Overview:
At Odera Group, I contributed to web development and product optimisation efforts, leading user-focused design and performance improvements while facilitating collaboration and continuous learning within the team.

Key Contributions:

• Led user-centric website development using WordPress, Penpot, PHP, Node.js, and MySQL, focusing on user experience

and product functionality.

• Implemented and established product feedback loops with stakeholders, resulting in a 90 per cent satisfaction rate with

new features

• Achieved 30 Percent reduction in load times through strategic performance optimisation

• Conducted training sessions on best practices and new technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning with the team where we shared ideas and techniques.

Role: Software Engineer Intern

Role: Streamwallet (Content Designer)

Designed all visual and written content for StreamWallet’s social media platforms, aligning with Web3 themes and brand identity.
Created engaging graphics, captions, and promotional materials to drive awareness and community growth.
Maintained a consistent visual style and scheduled content releases to support product updates, campaigns, and user education.
