Joy Prom Piedmont-Triad is more than a prom—it's a celebration of belonging, friendship, and the unique gifts every person brings to our community.

Each year, we host a free prom experience for individuals ages 16 and older with intellectual, developmental, physical, and other disabilities. From the moment our guests step onto the red carpet until the final dance of the evening, they are celebrated, valued, and surrounded by volunteers who are there to make the night unforgettable.

But Joy Prom is about more than one special evening. Through partnerships with local businesses, churches, civic organizations, schools, and volunteers, we are building a community where people of all abilities are welcomed, included, and appreciated every day.
