Venue

 EIKE is an on-site event scheduled for September 8 or 9, 2025, in Catania, Sicily (Italy). The workshop is co-located with the 15th International Conference on Formal Ontology in Information Systems (FOIS 2025). FOIS is an important venue for discussing the latest scientific results and technological innovations in the realm of formal ontology. Building on its past success, FOIS is a central meeting point for researchers interested in the systematic study of the types of entities and relations that constitute the domains of interest represented in modern information systems. The conference encourages the submission of high-quality, original research on both theoretical foundations and practical applications of formal ontology.
