Meet Your Project Manager, Walter Guevara-Gomez
Walter is a 2009 graduate of Skyline High School and a lifelong resident of Front Royal, Virginia. Born and raised in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, he has spent nearly two decades building, serving, and supporting families in our community.
He holds an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management from Westwood College in Arlington–Ballston, where he developed a strong foundation in project planning, structural systems, and quality control. As a Class A Contractor with almost 20 years of hands‑on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and home improvement, Walter has built a reputation for craftsmanship, honesty, and dependable service.
As your project manager, Walter oversees every detail — from communication, scheduling, quality control, and client care to ensure your project stays on track and is completed to the highest standard.
