Welcome to JourneyAce – World Run (“the App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Interpretation & Definitions

Capitalized terms have defined meanings under the conditions below. These meanings apply whether used in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms:
Application refers to the JourneyAce – World Run mobile application provided by the Company and installed on your device.
Application Store refers to Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store where the Application is made available for download.
Affiliate means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another entity. “Control” refers to ownership of 50% or more of voting rights or equivalent authority.
Country refers to Seychelles.
Company (also referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to QUANTUM ARCADE LIMITED, House of Francis, Room 303, Ile Du Port, Victoria, Seychelles.
Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including smartphones, tablets, or computers.
Service refers to the Application and any related features or services provided through it.
Terms refers to this agreement, including any updates or referenced policies.
Third-Party Services refers to external services, content, or links not owned or controlled by the Company.
You means any individual or legal entity using the Service.
2. Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Service and form a binding agreement between you and the Company.
By using the App, you confirm that you:

Are legally eligible to use the Service
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

We believe continued access may harm the Service or other users
After termination, your right to use the App will immediately stop.

The Company’s total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to:
The amount you have paid through the Service, or
USD 100 if no purchase has been made
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits or data
Service interruptions
Device or software issues
Third-party platform failures
7. “AS IS” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruption
Errors will be corrected immediately
The Service will meet all user expectations
The App is completely free of bugs or security issues
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have any issue with the Service, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it informally and efficiently.
10. International Users
If you access the Service from outside Seychelles, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
11. Legal Compliance
You confirm that:
You are not located in a sanctioned or embargoed country
You are not on any restricted or prohibited party list
You will use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
12. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to remain valid and in effect.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users at least 30 days in advance.
Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
