Project Zomboid was one of those games that I would occasionally hear through the grapevines, but would always ignore.  But with a single day of boredom and a dash of curiosity, I fell DEEP into the Zomboid rabbit hole!

One of its most charming aspects, apart from it being a complex survival simulator tastefully contradicting its retro-style isometric graphics, is the atmosphere that it builds! The game's attention to detail makes the world feel so much more alive. In the end, it's a game that will have you sinking hundreds of hours at the very least, just like I did!
