Oz Archives ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Oz Archives app.
Oz Archives stores the information you enter:
Item details (name, description, manufacturer, condition, category)
Pricing information (price paid, current value, quantity)
Photos you add to items
Dates (date acquired, creation/update timestamps)
Store your collectible item data on your device
Sync your data across your devices using iCloud/CloudKit (if enabled)
Display your items within the app
Your data is stored locally on your device
If you enable iCloud, your data syncs to your iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service
We do not access, view, or share your data
Data sync is encrypted by Apple's iCloud infrastructure

You can delete items at any time
You can disable iCloud sync in your device settings
You can delete the app and its data at any time
Data is stored on your device and in your iCloud account
We do not transmit your data to external servers
Apple's security measures protect iCloud data
Oz Archives is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest version.

Add items: Tap the "+" button or "New Item"
Add photos: Tap "Add Photo" and choose Camera or Photo Library
Crop photos: Tap an image to crop it to a square
Edit items: Tap an item to view details, then tap "Edit"
Delete items: Swipe left on an item in the list, or delete from the detail view
Q: How do I sync my data across devices?A: Enable iCloud in your device Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud, and ensure iCloud Drive is on. Your data will sync automatically.Q: Can I export my data?A: Yes. Use the export feature in the app menu to create a CSV file of your items.Q: Where is my data stored?A: Data is stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your iCloud account. Force quit and reopen the app
Restart your device
Ensure you're signed in to iCloud (if using sync)

Photos not appearing:
Check that you've granted photo library access in Settings → Oz Archives → Photos
Ensure you have sufficient storage space
iCloud sync not working:
Verify you're signed in to iCloud in Settings
Check that iCloud Drive is enabled
Ensure you have an internet connection
Wait a few minutes for initial sync to complete
Data missing:
Check that you're signed in to the same iCloud account on all devices
Verify iCloud storage isn't full in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage
