Before that, I was a video editor. I got a First Class degree in Film and a Masters in screenwriting.

But eventually, I went back to what made me write stories in the first place – books. I’ve written a few now. One got shortlisted for Penguin’s WriteNow programme, in the top 50 of 3,700 entries. 

I didn't make it all the way, but I handled it like a champ. I self-published a couple of short stories, and I'm seeking literary representation.
