Drones are quickly becoming one of the most powerful tools in real estate, providing the ability to reveal flattering features of a piece of land from a bird's eye view. Aerial photos also help boundary lines to be more easily indicated. A buyer is able to see the entire piece of property, allowing them to know exactly what they are purchasing.
I offer full interior and exterior photography and videography services, as well as drone photography. I can also include boundary markers and animations in the drone footage to help visualize property boundaries to customers. Boundary animation is a neat way to help a customer visualize the extent of their property boundary. This can be especially helpful for agents who are trying to sell a large piece of land (especially if it's vacant) or a house with an unusual landscape in a subdivision. This footage is also very useful for promo videos and T.V. commercials.
My services are not limited to drone photography. I also do interior/exterior photography as well as media design for marketing and campaign ads.

Starting at $80 · Real Estate drone photography starts at only $80. This includes up to 30 photos, aerial shots from multiple angles of the property, and a street shot. A flash drive may be added for $4. I also charge $0.57 for every mile over 40 miles. (Price may vary depending selling value of property.)
- Real Estate (Drone & Camera Photos)
Starting at $150 · Real Estate (Photography Package) includes professional photos of the full interior and exterior of the house, as well as aerial photography. (Price may vary depending on the selling value of the property.)
- Real Estate (Drone, Camera + Flyover)
Starting at $200 · Real Estate (Photography + Flyover Video Package) includes professionally edited interior/exterior photos and aerial photos + a flyover video. (Price may vary depending the selling value of the property.)
- FULL Real Estate Package
Starting at $250 · FULL Real Estate Package includes professionally edited interior photos, exterior photos, aerial photos, a flyover video,
- Add a professional video commercial
This includes a professionally edited video/commercial with about a 1 to 3 minute duration. It also comes with branding options and full licensing rights. This video will be produced in a way that will allow it to be licensed for T.V. commercials and large advertising. My videos can also include some animation and infographics. (Price will vary depending on the selling value of the property.) Price starts at $300.
