I am a Theatre Technician at The Taylor Theatre which is based in Gloucestershire College (Gloucester Campus), where I support staff and students in delivering high quality creative work. From lighting and sound operation to set design, stage management, and costume support, I ensure that every learner has access to the professional tools, technical guidance, and hands on experience they need whether they are developing individual projects, staging plays, or producing large-scale musicals.

I am responsible for the maintenance and technical management of the college’s Taylor Theatre, ensuring all equipment meets industry standards and that the space remains a safe, fully functional, and professional environment for training and performance.

In addition to my core role, I have stage managed a variety of productions including Two by Jim Cartwright for a local theatre company and a bespoke Murder Mystery production for Gloucester Welcomes Refugees and have also worked as both a lighting designer and sound designer across several projects. I am experienced in the safe and effective use of pyrotechnics, further broadening my technical capabilities. These opportunities have strengthened my organisational skills, leadership, and ability to coordinate complex creative projects.
