3. Once you've completed steps 1 and 2, you will hear from Josh or his team within 24 hours to schedule a detailed mortgage consultation to review all of the options available to you in order to find the best mortgage plan that works for you! 

Most Common Documents Needed for Application:

• 2 most recent paystubs

• 2 most recent W-2 forms

• 2 most recent bank statements

• Driver's license and social security card

• If self-employed, most recent two years personal and business tax returns
