Josh Bartch is a committed investor, entrepreneur, and consultant with more than 15 years of experience in global capital markets. He has launched and managed multiple ventures and has played a leading role in transactions exceeding one billion dollars in total value. His areas of focus include deal structuring, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, and business development across international markets.

He currently serves as CEO of MavDB Consulting, LLC, where he works with companies on capital markets strategy, investor relations, financing preparation, business development, and international growth.

A Distinguished Career

Josh Bartch has dedicated much of his career to supporting and investing in publicly traded companies across several international exchanges, including the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, the London Stock Exchange, Euronext, the Canadian Securities Exchange, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Born in Denver, Colorado, Josh created his first business while attending Colorado State University. He later sold the company, helping establish the foundation for his future entrepreneurial and investment activities.

In 2007, he co-founded AudioTranscriptionist.com, a digital service platform providing transcription services for legal, medical, academic, and corporate clients. The company developed a reputation for reliability, accuracy, and efficient service while supporting clients across the United States.

In 2011, he founded Evolutionary Ventures LLC, a private investment and advisory firm focused on early-stage and growth-stage opportunities. The firm's work spanned industries including technology, finance, and consumer goods. Its services included capital structuring, strategic planning, and guidance for companies preparing for initial public offerings and other public market opportunities.

In 2020, Josh Bartch relocated to Puerto Rico and established MavDB Consulting, LLC. The firm provides corporate advisory services with an emphasis on capital markets strategy, investor relations, financing preparation, and cross-border listings. As CEO, he works closely with company executives and boards to help businesses prepare for financing, expansion into global markets, and long-term growth.

MavDB Consulting works closely with client teams to identify strategic opportunities and strengthen market positioning. By drawing on established industry relationships, Josh helps companies connect with relevant decision-makers and explore business development opportunities aligned with their goals.

Each engagement begins with a detailed understanding of the client's strengths, market position, and objectives. Josh collaborates with leadership teams to identify value propositions and develop strategies that clearly communicate what differentiates the business.

Under his leadership, MavDB also maintains a strong focus on business development. The firm develops strategic growth plans designed to strengthen existing operations, improve market penetration, and support expansion into new markets.

Throughout his professional career, Josh Bartch has been involved in structuring financings, supporting mergers, and helping companies prepare for public listings. His experience with global financial systems, regulatory environments, and market dynamics enables him to provide practical guidance through complex financial and strategic processes.

Bartch's Philanthropic Work

Josh is also active in charitable efforts. He has donated to ND Hope, contributing to school construction initiatives in Africa. He supports organizations serving veterans and first responders and makes annual contributions to Boxing Bullies in Puerto Rico.

Boxing Bullies is a nonprofit organization founded by Jake Paul that focuses on preventing bullying and supporting youth development through boxing. The organization has opened and restored gyms across Puerto Rico, creating spaces where young people can develop confidence, discipline, leadership, and other personal skills.

Josh also contributed to hurricane relief efforts following Hurricane Maria, supporting recovery efforts in affected areas of Puerto Rico.

Avid Golfer and Traveler

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Josh Bartch enjoys playing golf. He values the focus, patience, and strategic thinking the game requires, as well as the opportunities it provides to build and strengthen relationships in a relaxed setting.

Travel is another important interest. Exposure to different cultures, ideas, and ways of thinking broadens his perspective and complements his experience working across international markets.

Education

Josh studied finance and general academic subjects at Colorado State University and Metropolitan State University of Denver. His academic background, combined with his entrepreneurial and professional experience, has supported a career focused on finance, investment, business development, and strategic advisory work.

Josh Bartch resides in Puerto Rico with his son, Maverick. He continues to work as an advisor, investor, and entrepreneur, supporting businesses operating across emerging and established global markets.
