On 15 February 2015, HSNHS Annex Building (now JRHS) Project Lot Turn Over and Ground Breaking Ceremony was held, attended by former DepEd Secretary Armin Luistro, Mayor Joy Belmonte, Cong. Winnie Castelo, Cong. Precious Hipolito-Castelo, Former Brgy Captain Chito Valmocina, Former Principal Maximo Placio, Head Teachers, Faculty and the Republic Community.

After one year without proper lighting and ventilation, on 22 June 2018, the annex campus finally received electricity supply, bringing newfound comfort and convenience to the school community. However, the first trial of the lighting system actually took place on June 20, 2018.

On 17 March 2019, a momentous groundbreaking ceremony was held for the school's covered court, stage, and gate development.
The construction started on August 2019 and complete on November of the same year. The project was a collaborative effort of the school admin, staff and SPTA SY 2018-2019
