What is a student anyway? Do they have to be enrolled in a public or private school? A university? Absolutely not! A student is anyone of any age who wants to learn! With so much to explore in our surroundings, I consider myself a student each and every day. My goal is to provide exceptional educational opportunities for students, families, or even fellow educators!
Being surrounded by the brightest minds and most generous souls in education, I have made it my personal mission to pass what they've given me onto others. This includes curriculum, knowledge, opportunities, and insight into the world of science education and beyond. I have created this site so that others may access it if they wish and perhaps find something of value. This site is designed for fellow students, parents, or staff to reach out for collaboration, educational opportunities, and for ease of use in the messy and confusing world of education.
You'll find all of my curriculum (minus answer keys, though you should reach out if you'd like them). You'll find curriculum videos, labs, ideas, and insight into what others have helped me learn and what my experience has taught me.
You'll find all of the events I host and all of the events others host that I participate in. These events are not only directed toward students, but staff, administration, and parents alike.
You'll find my Professional Development trainings I attend to help grow my knowledge in the academic fields I teach. Trust me, not all events are worth attending. I will post the ones that were WORTH IT, so that you too may inquire about attending.
Finally, you'll find my contact. Frankly, I live for education. It's quite literally my job and my hobby. Please reach out at any time for any reason. Let's find a way to work together to solve a new problem, introduce a new idea, or try a new experiment. The future is ours to create, let's do it together.
Let me be clear: I have had the opportunity to be surrounded and influenced by some of the brightest, kindest, and most generous people on the planet. I owe all of my knowledge and skills to the supremely talented individuals I've had the pleasure of working with. In no way, shape, or form, am I a self-made educator. I am simply a product of incredibly gifted colleagues who have allowed me to learn from them. For that opportunity, I owe them my deepest gratitude. Thank you all so much.
