Joseph Bundala
Master of Science in Automation and Control Systems Engineering
The Silesian University of Technology, Poland.
Joseph Bundala is currently working as a Global Product Manager for Smartphones(device financing), Cookstoves, Biodigesters, Power Banks and future generation Solar Home System at ENGIE Energy Access (EEA). He is responsible for product concept initiation, market research, go to market strategies, launching products etc. In the past, he has worked with Access to Energy Institute(A2EI) as a Senior Engineering Associate; A non for profit research & development Institute that advances the solar revolution in developing countries through renewable energy, productive use of energy and clean cooking adoption. His expertise lies in the areas of Research Processes, Product Development Processes, Renewable Energy, Modeling & Simulation, Matlab, PV System Design and Pricing, Data Analytics in R, Telecom Systems Integration, C programming, GNU Octave, LabVIEW, and Electronics.
He acquired his Master of Science in Automation and Control Systems Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology in Poland (2017). In his Master thesis titled Control of Electric Motors using ZedBoard, he designed an Autonomous Ground Vehicle with the aim of simulating power usage of Direct Current (DC) Motors when an engine is run by Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or an Advanced RISC Machine (ARM) processor. Furthermore, he graduated his Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at The University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania with honors (2010).
