My education has been a focus on critical thinking, understanding business needs, and assessing the quality of data.  

My professional experience has been rapidly learning new technology tools and then connecting others with those tools in a proactive, patient, empowering manner. Since 2019, I have led the Charter School Performance Framework accountability tool and managed digital communications for the North Carolina Office of Charter Schools. I am a published author and poet, with a few projects in the works.
