Professor
Prof. Josemon Jacob received his Ph.D. from Iowa State University, USA and did postdoctoral reasearch at the University of Rochester, USA and at Max-Planck-Institute for Polymer Research in Mainz, Germany. He is currently a Professor at the ‘‘Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, New Delhi. His research group works in the area of polymer synthesis with emphasis on developing biodegradable polymers, fire retardant materials, semiconducting materials for electronic applications, materials for water purification and agricultural applications and catalysts for polymerization.
