1. Leadership Coaching
For the last two decades, José has been leading leadership development workshops in Puerto Rico and the continental US. From corporate team development workshops for major banks to leading change and developing people for large pharmaceutical companies. In Higher Education, José taught leadership courses combining theory and practice.
Leadership coaching with José allows the individual to identify a current challenge (e.i. strategic misalignment, fragmented communication between teams, etc.) and partner up to co-create a pragmatic solution. Five one-hour sessions over the phone or Zoom.

2. Virtual Training Design and Implementation
José started designing and delivering virtual courses in Higher Education in 2005. A lot has changed since then, but the fundamental principles are still the same; how to make engaging virtual courses/training in a synchronous and asynchronous format.

3. Safety and Risk Management
The Operation of Outdoor Program External Review (OOPER) provides the organization with a documented view outlining where they are meeting, exceeding, or falling short of the current industry standards. In other words, this external review allows the organization to see how its practices compare with similar programs in the same programmatic specificity. The OOPER with José starts with a phone or Zoom consultation, followed by a documents review and site visit. The final product is a document that outlines the findings and the recommendations.
