I currently work as a Health Care Provider in Grace Personal Assistance Service where I perform social support by transporting individuals to events and activities, in addition to medical appointments and shopping trips. Helping patients with plan healthy meals, purchase ingredients and cook meals daily to provide adequate nutrition for client wellbeing. My previous job I had worked on was in La Esperanza P.A.S. as a Health Care Provider.
