José Manuel Conde Alonso

I am a mathematician. I was born in Madrid, where I have lived most of my life. I am currently a Profesor Ayudante Doctor (Assistant Professor) at the Department of Mathematics at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. I am also a member of ICMAT. Before that I served as a Tamarkin Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics at Brown University and as a postdoctoral researcher in the Geometric Analysis in the Euclidean Space group of Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. I was a graduate student at ICMAT and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

My research interests lie somewhere at the interface between Harmonic Analysis, Geometric Measure Theory and Operator Algebras, but I tend to like all kinds of problems (inside or outside the mathematical world). You can find an extended summary of my research here (updated in 2016). Else, if you want to contact me, send me an e-mail or, if you happen to be in Madrid, you can directly visit me in my office.

My office number is 605 and it is at Módulo 17 of the Facultad de Ciencias at the UAM campus.
