I am a junior at the University of Oregon pursuing my Bachelor of Science. I am studying Environmental Science with a focal area in life sciences and Anthropology with a biological concentration. I have always loved getting outside and my favorite things to do as a child was to go hiking and learn the stories of the land, and I wants students to feel the same excitement and eagerness to learn about our environment. I have a background in nature-based community outreach and have worked with kids before in mentor programs and I am excited to have translated this experience into the world of environmental education. I pride myself on being able to relate with my students and mentees and bring myself to their level in order to foster a comfortable learning environment. I am fueled by my passion for environmental justice and education accessibility.
