I’m Jonelle Fernandes, a passionate postpartum doula, Reiki practitioner, and wellness consultant with over 20 years of experience working with newborns and young children. My journey has taken me across the globe—from the UK and USA to Europe—where I’ve had the privilege of supporting families, including high-profile clients, during one of the most transformative times in their lives.

In addition to my doula services, I’ve owned and operated a daycare for newborns to 18-month-olds and am a proud mom to two young adult sons. My travels and life experiences have given me a deep appreciation for diverse parenting practices and the importance of holistic care.

Based in the heart of Cape Town, I’m here to guide and support you through your postpartum journey with compassion and care. My goal is to help you embrace wellness in every aspect of life, from physical healing to emotional balance.
