Welcome to my collection of aviation photos! Thanks to my dad's interest in aviation and him bringing me to airports at a young age, I've always been fascinated by aviation. Late in high school I got a camera and from there I was off to the races! This website is a compilation of the over 10 years I've been planespotting.
It's not common that you get this close to widebodies. At Honolulu International Airport, you can't get close to the taxiways unless you have access to Hickam Air Force Base. Before I left my employment with the Navy, I made a spotting trip to Honolulu for this angle and it certainly paid off! Here is a wide angle close-up of the gorgeous Hawaiian A330 taxiing to the reef runway!
