Every child is capable of learning and growth.

I believe that all students, regardless of their age, are capable of contributing to their communities in meaningful and positive ways. I believe that all students are capable of achieving at high levels and will succeed in doing so if given the opportunity and adult encouragement. My job as an educator is to provide a safe and loving learning environment in which my students can identify and achieve their academic, social/emotional, and interpersonal goals. I strive to promote equity within the classroom and in the greater community in order to effectively and meaningfully empower my students.
