Leadership in Product Management

I have worked in the product mangement role for multiple fortune 500 companies throughout my career in finance. Each assignment has provided a solid foundation to draw upon as I enter the next season of my professional career.  The following is a brief excerpt of some of the accomplishments and experiences throughout my leadership journey.  

DISYS/Capital One

I served as the product owner for the Capital One financial platform and release management process. Some of my accomplishments are:

• • Optimized feature release process that reduced SLA tickets by 52%. 

  • Managed inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate release and OKR risks. 

  • Implemented agile methodologies, continuous improvement processes, and data-driven decision-making to optimize product development cycles and maximize ROI.

Bank of New York Mellon

I served as the senior product manager for NEXEN documents, API store, Mysource 2.0, and Mysource Social. Some of my accomplishments are:

• Implemented multiple corporate portal search features utilizing analytics, digital trends, and survey feedback.

• Work with SEO team as well as the development team to help manage and help execute technical search optimizations. 

• Led cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches that exceeded revenue targets and improved customer satisfaction. 

PNC Bank

I served as the product manager for the Visa Smart Access moble app and Cash Flow Insight. Some of my accomplisments are:

• Launched the Smart Access mobile app.

• Directed the implementation of a new digital finance tool, Cash Flow Insight. 

• Managed the identification and collection of KPIs translated into business requirements.
