Group training isn't for everybody, if your new to the gym or simply too self conscious to work out with people then one to one PT is the best option for you. With this programme, everything is bespoke to your goals and needs. The session is completely designed and coached by Sandra or Luke. Each session generally lasts about 45 minutes. Normally after a block of one to one PT people are more comfortable and transition across to group training. We sell these in blocks of 12 sessions for €360.
