Like many photographers, I feel far more at ease behind the lens than in front of it.
My journey began in BBC radio journalism, reporting for The World Service across East Africa. During this time, I worked alongside talented photojournalists whose passion for storytelling through imagery inspired me. Before long, I started submitting my own photos to news desks, eventually transitioning fully into photography. I carry the observational essence of journalism into my wedding photography, capturing genuine moments as they unfold.
Documentary wedding photography captured my heart because it’s rooted in people and their stories. Being trusted to document one of the most emotional and meaningful days in someone’s life is a privilege I don’t take lightly, and I hope this sense of responsibility shines through in my work.
Having photographed over 400 weddings across the UK and beyond, I’ve had the honor of documenting everything from grand, multi-day celebrations at luxury venues to intimate ceremonies at local registry offices. Every wedding is unique, and I approach each one with a fresh perspective.
I’m known for being friendly, approachable, and skilled at reading a room to ensure everyone feels at ease.
If my work resonates with you, it would be an honor to capture your wedding day. Feel free to reach out to check my availability—I’d love to hear from you!
