In this engaging session, we will:
Learn about the biological changes of puberty and menstruation
Explore the energetic and emotional rhythms of the menstrual cycle
Talk through period products, hygiene, and self-care choices
Engage in creative activities to honour this rite of passage
Share stories and wisdom in a nurturing space
Create a special bracelet as a symbol of this milestone
The workshop costs £300 and an invoice will be provided upon booking.
The ideal age range for children taking part in the workshop is year 6, 7 and 8 (10 - 13 years old).
Group size: Maximum 20 students per session to ensure quality, safety, and individual support. For larger year groups, multiple sessions can be arranged within the same day at a discounted rate.

This workshop involves open discussion about puberty, menstruation, and body changes. Parental consent is required to ensure all participants and families feel comfortable and informed.
