My research examines central bank communication and policy preferences, inflation expectations, geopolitical risk, and nowcasting. I apply text analysis and machine learning to these questions at the Bank of Finland's Monetary Policy and Research Department.

I have published in peer-reviewed economics journals and contributed policy-oriented work to VoxEU, SUERF, the ECB, and the Bank of Finland Bulletin.
