Privacy Policy — AI Video

This Privacy Policy describes how AI Video ("we", "us", or "our") handles
information when you use our mobile application AI Video (the "App"),
available on Google Play. By using the App you agree to the collection and
use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 User Identifier
When you first launch the App we create a random 8-character user ID for
you, based on a device identifier. The user ID is used to store your coin
balance, subscription entitlements and your generation history. You may
change your user ID at any time inside the App.
1.2 Device Identifier
We store an anonymous device identifier (for example, the Android ID) to
prevent abuse and to associate your account with your device. We do not
collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
1.3 User-Generated Content
Prompts, reference images, videos and audio that you upload, and the videos
generated from them, are stored on our servers solely for the purpose of
providing the service. You can delete any task (and its content) from the
Library at any time, which removes it from our systems.
1.4 Purchase Information
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing and
RevenueCat. We receive from RevenueCat your purchase entitlements linked to
your user ID. We never see or store your full payment card details.
1.5 Usage Data
We collect basic usage information (for example, number of tasks created,
successful or failed generations) to maintain and improve the service.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use collected information to:
- operate the App and provide video generation services;
- maintain your balance, purchases and generation history;
- process and validate purchases and subscriptions;
- detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and prohibited content;
- improve the quality and performance of the App.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App relies on the following third parties:
- Google Play Billing — in-app purchases;
- RevenueCat — purchase management and receipt validation;
- Cloud storage providers — hosting of uploaded and generated media.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not
sell your personal information to anyone.
4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your tasks and generated videos are retained so that you can access them.
You may delete individual tasks at any time in the App. You may also delete
your entire account (with all tasks and data) from the "Me" section. When
your account is deleted, the associated user ID and task records are
removed from our production databases.
5. CHILDREN
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from children.
6. SECURITY
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport via HTTPS and
access controls) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission
over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective
when posted within the App or on this page.
