I am an assistant professor of Information Systems (also in the Health Informatics and Analytics group) at Florida International University (FIU), College of Business. My research spans three primary domains: (i) platform strategy, (ii) healthcare technology and operations, and (iii) digital and AI-enabled technologies. I study how technology design and adoption reshape customer behavior, market outcomes, and user experience, generating implications for both theory and practice.

I employ a diverse set of empirical approaches, including causal inference, applied economics, machine learning, and field experiments, to study a wide range of business questions.

I earned my Ph.D. in Business Administration (Information Systems) from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.
