Device Integration Lab

Functional Materials & Device Integration Lab is a research group in the School of Chemical Engineering at Sungkyunkwan University, with the goal of addressing real-world challenges through engineering solutions. To this end, our group: 

1. develops and designs multi-functional materials.

2. builds semiconductor, electronic, optoelectronic, and bioelectronic devices based on these materials.

3. expands these materials (1) and devices (2) into modules, arrays, and system-level platforms through integration processes.

By synergistically combining expertise in semiconductor processing, chemical/materials engineering, device physics, and system integration, our group targets broad applications including digital healthcare, skin-interfaced and implantable devices, and environmental monitoring.
