[Biography]
Jongmin Yu is a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Cambridge. He was a research associate at the King's College London and Institute of IT Convergence at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). He received PhDs from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Gwangju, Korea, Republic of, and the School of Electrical Engineering, Computing and Mathematical Sciences at Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia, Australia. His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, pattern recognition, and mathematical understanding of these.
