EMP laboratory aims to solve a variety problems in the medical and manufacturing industries by developing functional materials and engineered material processing systems (enabling 3D thinfilm coating, 3D printing, microfiber spinning, etc.), based on the fundamental physics and experimental studies of materials/interfaces on micro/nano scale.

EMP 연구실은 (1) 마이크로/나노 스케일에서 재료/계면에 대한 기초 물리학 지식 및 실험적 연구를 바탕으로, (2) 기능성 재료 및 3차원 재료가공시스템의 개발을 통해 (3) 의료 및 제조 산업에서 발생하는 다양한 문제를 해결하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

We are looking for sincere and passionate graduate students/undergraduate students who are interested in multidisciplinary convergence research that encompasses mechanical engineering, materials engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, and etc.
