I am a PhD student at the Mathematical Institute of LMU Munich, supervised by Rupert Frank.
My main research interests lie at the interface between analysis, geometry, and mathematical physics. More specifically, I use variational and PDE-based methods to quantitatively study rigidity results arising from conformal and Lorentzian geometry by deriving stability estimates for associated functional inequalities. A particular motivation for my research is to analyze the loss of stability resulting from nonlinearity and symmetry breaking in the natural sciences. I have recently started to work on problems in metric geometry.
