• No Communication Features: The App does not feature any chat rooms, comment sections, message boards, or direct communication tools. Therefore, no user opinions, views, or text communications are captured or processed by us.

2. Device Permissions and Usage

To deliver a functional audio streaming and downloading experience, JONAKI may require access to specific device features:

• Storage/Media Access: We may request permission to access your device’s storage solely to save downloaded audio files locally on your device for offline listening. We do not access your personal photos, videos, or unrelated files.

• Network and Internet Access: The App requires network access to connect to our servers, stream audio tracks, download files, and check for new content updates.

• Device Identifiers: Our system may look at basic, non-personal technical data (like your operating system version or device model) to optimize audio playback performance and app stability.

3. Children's Privacy

JONAKI features a dedicated children's section containing Assamese stories, poems, and songs. Because the App requires no login and does not collect any personal information, it is safe for all age groups. We do not knowingly target or collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

4. Third-Party Services

We may utilize trusted third-party services to distribute, maintain, and optimize our application. These third parties do not receive any personal identification details from us:

• Google Play Services: Used to host and securely distribute the mobile application.

• Google Analytics for Firebase: We may use basic, anonymized analytics to monitor crash reports, track general app stability, and see aggregate statistics (such as which audio tracks are most popular) so we can improve our content library.
