Problem Statement: According to the Cleveland Clinic in March of 2019, as well as studies conducted from 2002-2022 by groups in Germany, the U.S., and Canada, snoozing one’s alarm and oversleeping can have many negative effects on a person’s body, including heart disease, back issues, and mental illness. As determined by a separate poll conducted by OnePoll, about 2/3rds of Americans snooze their alarms at least once every morning.
