LazyNotes - Notes & To-Do is a simple, offline note-taking and to-do reminder application designed to help users manage notes and daily tasks efficiently. Your privacy is extremely important to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our app.
Information We Collect & How It Is Used
LazyNotes does not collect any personal information such as name, email, phone number, location, contacts, biometric data, or media files.
The app only stores the data that you voluntarily create, such as:
Notes content
To-do / task content
Task schedules and reminder settings
This data is used only for:
Displaying your notes
Managing your to-do list
Triggering reminder notifications
We do not use your data for analytics, tracking, advertising, or marketing. All data is stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to any server or third party.
Data Storage, Security & Permissions
LazyNotes works completely offline and does not provide cloud backup or online synchronization. Since your data remains only on your device, you always stay in full control of it. Protecting access to your device through system security such as screen locks is the user’s responsibility.
To provide reminder functionality, the app requests only the following necessary permissions:
Notification Permission - To display reminder notifications
Exact Alarm Permission - To trigger reminders at the exact scheduled time
These permissions are used strictly for reminders and for no other purpose.
Notifications, Ads & Third-Party Services
LazyNotes sends notifications only for to-do reminders created by the user. It does not send any promotional, marketing, or advertising notifications. You can disable notifications anytime from your device settings.
The app:
Does not show advertisements
Does not contain in-app purchases
Does not offer subscriptions or premium features
Does not request donations
LazyNotes also does not use any third-party services, including analytics tools, crash reporting services, advertising networks, or social login providers. The app functions completely offline without sharing any user data externally.
Children’s Privacy
LazyNotes is intended for a general audience of teens and adults and is not designed specifically for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since LazyNotes does not collect or transmit any personal data and all content is stored locally on the user’s device, the app does not pose privacy risks to minors.
