Eric Grissen

Eric works to help others find what they excel at and can achieve in life. He believes that anyone can achieve great success no matter what their current circumstances are. Teaching young people to believe in themselves promotes confidence in what they can achieve.

This philosophy comes from having been presented with many different opportunities while in the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts where Eric earned his Eagle Scout rank. His leadership takes on the quality of guiding young people through new activities so they can explore and have successes and failures without being judged. He recognizes that there are many ways to achieve the same goal and encourages young people to find those different paths to reach the same goal.

Eric was also a Linganore Urbana Youth Athletic Association assistant soccer coach for several years. He is currently active in scouting as a Committee Member and Merit Badge Counselor for young men and young women.
