The Johns Hopkins Math Tournament is a full-day contest for middle schoolers and high schoolers. Students will compete in teams of four. The format is as follows:

• Team round - 60 minutes

  • Middle school - theme round, short answer

  • High school - proof round, long answer

• Individual round - 60 minutes, 15 short answer questions

• Relay round - 30 minutes, 3 sets of 4 short answer questions

• Tiebreakers (individual only) - 5 multiple choice questions, speed round
