Click the ➕ button to add a new checklist item. A form will appear—no fields are required, but we recommend entering at least a title for clarity.
To remove an item, select it and click the ➖ button.
To view an item’s full details—including its summary, description, and any attached image—select it and click the 👁 View button.
To edit an item, click the ✏️ Edit button (pencil on paper icon) after selecting it from the list.
Mark an item as complete by clicking the checkbox next to it in the checklist tree view.
Save your progress anytime from the File menu or with the shortcuts:
Ctrl + S (Save)
Ctrl + Shift + S (Save As)
Create a new checklist by choosing "New" from the File menu.
Open an existing checklist using the "Open" option in the File menu.
Note: Checkly saves files in .json format.
To change your nickname (the name Checky uses to address you), go to the Help menu and select "Change my Nickname?"
Enter any name you’d like in the pop-up, then click Confirm.
