Looking into a possible IBM Volunteer connection to utilize that program for funds.

Fall Fest - October 4th, 4 - 7pm (to arrive at 3:30 for setup).
Senior Party will work the Inflatables booth and can sell Senior Party stuff at the table along with taking tickets to the inflatables. For every ticket turned in by the Senior Party, Fall Festival will give the Senior Party $.95. We keep 95% of what is earned at the inflatables.
Seniors can also work alongside adults
2 shifts of Volunteers needed. Julie Lunde will post soon.
Asked Communication Chair, John to help design registration google form.
Discussed a possible deadline for registration (raising cost of a ticket after a certain date). Also considering if that deadline ends the door prize entry.
Dalena gave a rundown of how prizes are given (tickets in buckets). We need to decide how we are going to distribute, if we are going to allow students to swap for a ‘better’ item if pulled twice, and how they will receive their item. (Last year’s party changed the way they have historically done this).
Lina has a chart of where we need volunteers stationed. Will need to decide how many we want/need in addition to our SRO.
