John was full of life and loved his family, community and God. John was a gold medalist in Special Olympics of Washington State and touched many lives wherever he went with his infectious smile and laugh. In June 2016, John was diagnosed with a rare pediatric brain and spinal cancer called Medulloblatoma. He fought for a year before passing away in June 2017.
John's wish in life was to become a teacher and to have wisdom. To honor John's memory, his family started the John Lunderville Memorial Foundation. Honoring organizations near to John's heart and help others in their pursuit of higher education.
