Terms of Service for JohnLC OS

1. Definitions

• "JohnLC OS" means the operating system developed by JohnLC Studios.

• "User" means any person who uses JohnLC OS.

2. Grant of License

JohnLC Studios grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use JohnLC OS. The license is subject to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

JohnLC Studios owns all intellectual property rights in JohnLC OS. The User does not acquire any ownership rights to JohnLC OS by using it.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

JohnLC Studios makes no warranties for JohnLC OS, either express or implied. JohnLC does not guarantee that JohnLC OS will be free of defects or that it will meet the User's needs.

5. Limitation of Liability

JohnLC Studios is not liable for any damages arising from the use of JohnLC OS, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold JohnLC Studios harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from the User's use of JohnLC OS.

7. Miscellaneous

This Terms of Service is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of this Terms of Service will be resolved by binding arbitration.

This Terms of Service may be amended by JohnLC Studios at any time. The User is responsible for reviewing the most current version of the Terms of Service before using JohnLC OS.
