(THE EPMPIRE IN THE VALLEY)

For many artists the purpose of their practice is to explore the human condition and the seemingly infinate questions of existence that may plague us through our lifetime.

To be able to convey these ideas visually is a gift to the viewer and recording producer John Dote' has leveled the playing field through his music with a string of amazing talent from Las Vegas, offering a space to reflect on our connections with those around us and our enviornment. The intricate mechanical structures produced and mastered by John Dote' perform repetitive motions which project familiar social traits back to the viewer. We interviewed him about his work for this issue, and how removing a human presence allows us to each consider our own personal place within the SPHERE of life.

Doté and his work in the Music industry has garnered media coverage from various news affiliates and news outlets. A multifaceted professional—acting as a Record producer, songwriter, and engineer—with a career that spans over 50 years who owns and operates Platinum Recording Studio Las Vegas, a facility known for producing "radio-ready" sounds for pop, gospel, hip-hop and legendary artists.

Doté has been also described as "the epitome of Las Vegas" in his field. For other artists featured in this issue, it is human relationships which pin us together. Themes of language, family, love and physicality and experiences are all explored through their own individual visions. And the moment of this visional concept was well documented from the Studio of JOHN DOTE' in Las Vegas.

The segment was labeled "The Empire in the Valley" by Fox News and documented by Reporter Abbey Theodros (above) in recognition of his extensive work and influence within the Las Vegas music and media scene.
