Principal Designer
Designed physical facility layout and oversaw construction. Designed all equipment integration and workflow of facility. Responsible for all equipment and software research, purchase and integration. Video editor and audio engineer on various programs including national commercials, corporate training/promotion and remote live events.

DIGITAL CONSULTANT
Director of all audio and video content creation for records management consulting firm, Cohasset Associates/RIM on Demand. Designed online education portal featuring indexed audio and video content. Consulted and directed/engineered capture of audio and video content from annual conference including keynote presentations, podcasts/interviews and live webcast presentations.

Digital video content creator for online promotion and education for global architecture organization. Director of on-camera interviews with the leading global architects and architectural firms. Consulting and designing better workflow and execution for visual content creation in live on-site programs.

WORKFLOW IMPROVEMENT
Improved the user workflow of the center with recommendations for a systematic naming, labeling, and storage of media according to project/client and work date. Additionally, recommended limiting deliverable file formats, and developed a maintenance/service schedule for equipment. The new system improved efficiency by 25%.
